The
Personal Health Profile
The Health-RunR
Personal Profile allows the user to create and completely tailor
and personalize their health program to their individual
lifestyle, fitness, nutritional and medical needs. Use your
Personal Profile to establish your start-up health, exercise and
nutrition targets. As you progress and your objectives and
targets change, you will be able to update and edit this
Profile. Click on the following links to see how to setup your
Personal Profile.
The
Exercise Recorder Mode
The Exercise
Recorder is an easy way for you to track your exercise program
whether it is for weight loss, rehabilitation or peak
performance sports training. The Exercise Recorder automatically
calculates calorie burn-off rates. It tracks the important
components for a safe and effective exercise regimen, including
exercise type, exercise duration, heart rate, distance,
repetitions, weight warm-ups and cool-downs.
The Food
Recorder uses the personalized health program you created in
your Personal Profile to automatically, effortlessly and
flawlessly calculate and track all the nutritional and eating
factors. In easy, one step drag and drop motions, it uses the
patent pending NutriCode color bar code and a unique three field
travelling cursor to record all of the foods that you consume
daily from a master food pantry. The purpose of the Food
Recorder and the NutriCode color bar code is to help you
instantly visualize the positive or negative impact of any item
of food consumption against the pre-set daily dietary goals
(established in your Personal Health Profile.)
The Food
Recorder mode displays a screen comprised of two principle
sections; the Health Register (top) and the Health Recorder
(bottom).
The Health
Register is a master listing of either 1,100 or 10,000 foods
(depending on the version) and their NutriCodes from which you
record by dragging and dropping what you eat. In the Health
Register, you will find almost every type of ethnic and generic
food that most people eat or drink for any occasion, from
desserts to alcoholic beverages, from fast foods to other common
restaurant foods. You can also add new foods, your favorite
personal recipes, vitamin, mineral or herb supplements or even
medical prescriptions to the Health Register by entering the
food's Nutrition Facts label or related information.
If you select
the "Save To Favorites" feature when you drag and drop
foods, a personal favorite food list is automatically created.
Since people usually eat a diet of the same general foods week
to week with only small variations, this automatic Health
Register feature makes storing and finding the foods you eat
most often, easier and faster the more you use the product.
The Health
Recorder allows you to record anything you food eat or drink for
one day with one simple drag and drop motion. It even records
water, tea, prescription medications and many or all elements of
your vitamin, mineral and herb supplement consumption. It is
designed to clearly reveal the immediate impact of your daily
food choices in relationship to your chosen dietary goals.
It uses the
information you entered in your Personal Health Profile to
calculate and display your ideal daily dietary program. It
automatically stores all of your dietary information so it can
be printed out in complete text summaries. These text summaries
reveal everything you ate and when and a handy shopping list.
They also provide a detailed color graphic nutritional analysis
of how you are doing on your nutritional goals for any
individual day or time period.
When you are
away from your computer record foods by using the Health-RunR
hard copy day planner travel version and when you return to your
computer the easy Add Food by Code # feature.
The Meal
Planner mode works almost exactly like the drag and drop Food
Recorder. It allows you to automatically create, test and
re-create dietary programs on-the-fly to see if they meet your
nutritional and health objectives. After you have tested and
created a particular daily or weekly meal plan, store it for
future use or print it in text and graphic modes for use when
traveling, to share with friends, or even use as a shopping
list. Edit and create as many different daily or weekly meal
plans as you like. With the Meal Planner, you can be inventive
and create meal plans for low fat diets, wheat free diets, high
protein diets, low salt diets, gourmet diets, post holiday
recovery diets, etc.--- and you will be able to immediately see
if they maintain your pre-set nutritional goals.
The Recipe
Recorder is a fast and easy method to include your favorite
recipes in your Health Register. The Recipe Recorder is the only
tool available anywhere that analyzes your favorite recipes for
their nutritional content and creates a per serving new
NutriCode for each of your recipes. In the Recipe Recorder mode,
experiment with your favorite recipes and add or subtract food
ingredients from the master pantry to instantly see how each
food portion affects the recipe and its nutritional values in
relation to your health goals.
The Recipe
Recorder also allows you to enter all necessary cooking or
preparation instructions. After entering all the ingredients of
any given recipe, print your complete recipes, instructions and
per serving new NutriCodes and share them with your friends. You
can even create individual Nutrition Facts labels for your
recipes, just like the one used on all U.S. food packaging.
After you have
entered your favorite recipes, it is a simply drag and drop to
record the correct portion of your favorite recipes along with
the other foods you eat regularly in your Health Recorder.
The
Progress Checker Feature
The Progress
Checker helps to strengthen your motivation to continue to
achieve the health, appearance and performance goals you set.
Use the simple and fast pop-up Health-RunR Progress Checker to
track your weekly or monthly progress and feedback. The more you
personalize and adjust your program based on your results and
the feedback available from the entries recorded in your
Progress Checker observations, feedback and goal journals, the
better it will work for you.
The Progress
Grapher
This mode
allows you to graph your progress by selecting a nutrient or
other quality like body weight and specifying the date range you
want to graph (up to 90 days in duration). The program will
retrieve and store all of the information you have previously
recorded, and create graphs. Once stored, you can select the
type of graph you want to see, and the graphs can then be viewed
or printed out.
The
NutriCode Fair Compare Mode
The Fair
Compare is an easy drag and drop, highly visual computer method
of FAIRLY comparing the ACTUAL nutrient content and density of
different foods using the same gram weights. By Fair Comparing
foods at the EXACT same weights using the master food pantry and
NutriCodes, you get a fast, easy visual reading of what food is
truly higher or lower in a particular nutrient or nutrients.
Once you have
created your (often surprising) Fair Compares print them out and
share them. The Fair Compare is a one-of-a-kind nutritional
education tool. To our knowledge, the Health-RunR software using
the patent pending NutriCode is the only product capable of
doing this.
