90 Day Return Policy
We offer a 90
day good faith return policy that is 3 times longer than that of
our competitors because it honestly takes longer than 30-60 days
to see the many wonderful improvements our program can deliver
when coupled with your sincere effort. In good faith we ask that
you at least wait until the 60-day mark after having used our
products at least 2-3 days per week before considering a product
return and refund.
If or when you
decide you want a refund you will find that returns are easy,
prompt and similar to the traditional brick and mortar return
process. We follow the simple refund procedures below:
1. All
returns must be made within 90 days of purchase.
2. For downloaded versions you must permanently remove
all copies of the Health-RunR or HealthKeeper software from
all computers upon which it was previously installed and
attest you have destroyed any and all back up copies of the
software that you may have created.
3. If you have received the product on CD, you will
need to return the CD postmarked within 90 days of purchase in
the same condition and CD jewel case it was received, you must
permanently remove all copies of the Health-RunR or
HealthKeeper software from all computers upon which it was
previously installed and, attest you have destroyed any and
all back up copies of the software that you may have
created.
4. Tell us the specific reason for your return. And,

use the Return/Refund Request Form
for your return request. The reason for the RMA number is so
we can easily and quickly track your Return request as it
arrives and throughout the refund process should you have a
question later.

return refund process is very similar to the refund or return

De-installing
Procedure
The following are
instructions for de-installing:
1. De-install
your previous version(s) by finding the Windows Control Panel.
Select Add and Remove Programs, then select the Health-RunR or
HeathKeeper and click
OK.
In versions 2.3 and below: If any dialog boxes appear asking
if you want to de-install any file or shared file, ALWAYS
answer yes or you will leave bits and pieces of the program on
your computer (the de-installer only de-installs files it
added to your computer.)
Important Note: For versions 2.9 and above: If any dialog
boxes appear asking if you want to de-install any file or
shared file, ALWAYS answer NO to deleting shared files!
2. Open your
Windows Explorer and double-check that NO older version
Health-RunR or Healthkeeper directories, subdirectories or
Health-RunR or Healthkeeper personal data files remain on the
computer.
3. Destroy
all other copies you may have made of the program.
