Step 1: To enter the HealthKeeper
Performance Diet registered user section click

Step
2: When asked, enter the web site username and password that
was emailed to you in your purchase receipt or welcome letter. Password
entry tips: The most common reasons users have problems entering
these passwords correctly is that they inadvertently incorrectly
enter the password itself or make small case into caps or add spaces
where there should be none. Do not enter the (<) or (>). If
you have lost your web passwords for registered users, email us at support@healthkeeper.com
with your name and order number. There may be a charge for resending
these web passwords if you have already been emailed them.
Step 3: If you have Windows
98 or above, you can use the Password Remember feature so you
will not have to manually enter the password each time you visit the
registered user section.
Free trial users do
not have access to this section until they purchase the program.
If you have lost your registered user web site passwords, contact
us at support@HealthKeeper.com .
Put "Web Passwords" on the email subject line and be sure to
include your name and the software unlock code or, your
name and the purchase order number on the receipt that you were
emailed when you purchased. There may be a small charge to verify
and re-send your passwords.
